from electrical-insulation materials
We work to drawings, technical specifications, sketches and customer samples. To start production we agree on the material grade, geometry, tolerances, machining method and lead time. If there are questions about the drawing, we clarify them before the quote. If the chosen grade does not match the operating conditions or a better alternative is available, we will propose and justify the choice.
Glass-textolite: STEF, STEF-1, ST-ETF VS, KAST-V, VFT-S, EPGC, G11; fiberglass UPGM, GPO-3; textolite: A, B, PT, PTK; PTFE: F-4, PTFE; cast nylon; polyamide: PA6, PA66; polycarbonate: Lexan, Woggel; polyurethane; polyethylene: HMPE, HDPE; polyacetal POM-C; Durostone; Delmat; and other materials.
Machining methods
We choose the machining method based on the material, part geometry, tolerances and batch size. Feasibility is confirmed after we review the drawing or spec.
CNC milling
Flat and shaped parts, gaskets, strips, plates, partitions, parts with slots and holes, slot wedges. Used where flatness, hole accuracy and repeatability are critical.
Maximum workpiece size — 3000 mm.
CNC turning
Bodies of revolution, bushings, rings, washers, flanges, rods. Used for parts with tight tolerances on diameter, coaxiality and mating surfaces.
Diameter — up to 3000 mm.
Direct hot pressing
Complex-profile parts, non-standard thicknesses, oversized parts, wave-shaped parts, non-standard bushings. Used when milling is not feasible or when pressing is more cost-effective at the given batch.
Mould casting
Serial parts of complex geometry. Used when milling cannot achieve the drawing tolerances or when the part shape demands a more precise process.
5-axis machining
Complex-form parts with tight tolerances across several planes at once. Used for non-standard geometry that cannot be produced on 3-axis equipment.

Gaskets
Thickness from 0.2 mm, any shape, with or without holes. Materials: glass-textolite, textolite, polyamide, cast nylon, Durostone, etc.

We work with Russian and international electrical-insulation and structural materials. Material selection depends on the service conditions: temperature, electrical and mechanical load, humidity, chemical environment and fire-safety requirements.

form / email / messengerWe accept PDF, JPEG, DWG, STEP, IGES, dimensioned sketch, technical specification or a description of the operating conditions. The drawing can be sent via the website form, by email or in a messenger.
We clarify the requirements and calculate
within 24 hoursWe verify the material, geometry, tolerances, batch size and document requirements. If the material grade is not stated or there are questions about tolerances, we clarify them before the quote. Within 24 hours we send the quote: price excluding and including 22% VAT, lead time, shipping terms and document list. If needed we suggest material options to fit the customer's budget.
We manufacture
minimum batch — 1 pieceWe launch production after the order is confirmed and the advance is received. Minimum batch — 1 piece.
We control quality
QC before shipmentQC inspects every part for conformity to the drawing before shipment. We check the material, geometry, mounting dimensions, surface quality and other parameters. A measurement report is provided on request.
We ship
carriers across RussiaWe ship by carriers across Russia. We send the document set: quality certificate, delivery note, VAT-invoice.
