STRIPS

Custom strips and plates from electrical-insulation materials

We manufacture insulating and structural strips, plates, panels, guides, and partitions to customer drawings.

The main method is CNC milling. Precision up to 0.01 mm is possible on individual dimensions after review of the material, thickness, size, and drawing requirements.

STRIP TYPES

Which strips and plates we make

We manufacture rectangular and shaped parts with holes, slots, cut-outs, radii, chamfers, and finished edges. For long and thin parts we separately check geometric stability and warping risk.

Strips and plates can serve different functions: electrical insulation, structural support, sliding guide, protective screen, process spacer, or partition in equipment.
