Tight tolerances
Aviation parts require consistent conformance to the drawing and repeatability of dimensions. Tolerances are recorded in the quote and production documentation. On request, results are confirmed by a measurement report.
Flame-retardant materials
Durostone and EPGC 308 are used for parts where fire resistance and electrical-insulation properties matter.
Stability across a wide temperature range
The material must retain geometry and performance characteristics across the temperature range specified by the project. For some tasks, this range is from −60°C to +200°C.
Minimum weight
Plastic and composite parts are lighter than metal ones. This matters for nodes where mass reduction is part of the technical requirements.
