Electrocomposite LLC is a production company from Yekaterinburg. Since 2019 we have been manufacturing parts from glass-textolite, textolite, polyamide, Durostone, PTFE, cast nylon, and European materials by drawings, technical specifications, and customer samples.
We work for enterprises in electrical engineering, energy, metallurgy, machine building, chemical industry, shipbuilding, and aviation.
We are not resellers and not a trading company. Our production, QC, and shipping are at our own site in Yekaterinburg.
Production
We work on our own CNC equipment. We pick the machining method to fit the material, geometry, tolerances, batch size and lead time.

Quality control
Every part passes the QC department's inspection.
- geometric dimensions — conformity to the drawing;
- material grade — conformity to the one stated in the quote;
- surface finish quality;
- threads — verified with a gauge;
- additional parameters when agreed in the order.
When deviations are found, we rework or remake the part until it conforms to the drawing.

- glass-textolite: STEF, STEF-1, STEF-U, EPGC 201/203/308;
- textolite: A, B, PT, PTK;

- cast nylon: PA-6, PA-6-MO;
- polycarbonate;
- polypropylene;

- Delmat;
- Delmaplastic.
We source materials with conformity certificates. Certificates are provided on request and with every batch.
