Fiberglass
materials and products
Glass-fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) on epoxy or polyester binders. We make profiles, cylinders, tubes, and housings. High strength, dielectric properties, chemical resistance.
What sets fiberglass apart
A combination of strength, light weight, dielectric properties, and chemical resistance — rare for metals and basic plastics. Used where steel isn't durable enough and plastic isn't strong enough.
Strength and light weight
Specific strength higher than steel. Density ~1.9 g/cm³. Load-bearing structures, equipment housings, supports, and stands.
Electrical insulation
High dielectric strength (up to 30 kV/mm), low water absorption. Insulators, transformer housings, support elements.
Chemical resistance
Resistance to most acids, alkalis, solvents. Industrial tanks, pipelines, chutes in the chemical industry.
Magnetic neutrality
Doesn't magnetize, doesn't shield electromagnetic fields. Radar, antenna systems, housings for measurement equipment.
Where fiberglass works
- →Electrical-insulation structures — transformer housings, insulators, support elements
- →Profile for load-bearing and framing structures — pultruded profile (SPP)
- →Cylinders and tubes — coil housings, insulators, rods
- →Chemical apparatus — tanks, reactors, fittings
- →Radio-transparent radomes and antenna-hardware housings
What's in stock
In stock — profile, cylinders, and tubes in standard sizes. We manufacture housings, supports, and insulators to client drawing.
Order a fiberglass product
We choose the material for the application: for electrical insulation — maximum dielectric strength; for mechanics — strength and stiffness; for chemistry — environment compatibility.
We manufacture to client drawings: housings, insulators, brackets, load-bearing elements. Minimum batch — 1 piece. Lead time — from 10 business days.
