Testing
of materials and products

All materials and series products are tested per current GOST and TU. The company laboratory performs mechanical, physicochemical, electrical, and climatic tests. Test reports and quality certificates are provided on request.

What tests we perform

The standard test set is built around the material's purpose: for structural parts — mechanics; for insulation — electrical; for high-responsibility parts — climatic and lifetime tests.

01

Physico-mechanical properties

Tensile, compression, bending, impact resistance, hardness, water absorption, density, heat resistance, resistance to oils and solvents. Specimens prepared per GOST 11262, 4651-2014, 4648-2014, 4647-80 — depending on material type and loading mode.

02

Electrical properties

Dielectric strength, volume and surface resistivity, dissipation factor — for insulating textolites, getinaxes, glass-textolites.

03

Climatic properties

Thermal cycling, humidity and temperature soak — for high-responsibility parts (roll mill bushings, supports, guides).

Standards

GOSTs we work to

  • →GOST 11262 — tensile testing of plastics
  • →GOST 4648-2014 — static bending
  • →GOST 4651-2014 — compression
  • →GOST 4647-80 — Charpy impact resistance
  • →GOST 6433.3 — dielectric strength
  • →GOST 4650-2014 — water absorption

On client request we adapt the methodology to specific TUs or industry requirements (ATEX, nuclear-industry, aviation).

Documentation

Documents we issue

  • 01Test report stating methodology and results for each specimen
  • 02Batch quality certificate with marking and link to the order
  • 03QC acceptance act and certificate of conformity — on client request
  • 04Statement of material suitability for specific operating conditions

Order testing

We are ready to test material from our range or client specimens. The program is agreed in advance: which methods, which acceptance criteria, which reporting formats.

Lead time — from 3 business days (standard package) to 2–3 weeks (climatic and lifetime testing). We prepare specimens ourselves or accept ready samples from the client.
