RINGS

Custom rings from electrical-insulation materials

We manufacture sealing, insulating, and structural rings to customer drawings.

The main method is CNC turning. Precision up to 0.01 mm on individual diameters and ring height is confirmed after review of the material, size, wall thickness, and drawing requirements.

RING TYPES

Which rings we make

We make rings with outer and inner diameters, chamfers, grooves, steps, flanges, and specified height. For thin-walled and large-diameter rings we separately verify possible machining deformation.

PTFE rings are chosen for chemically resistant seals; glass-textolite and EPGC — for electrical insulation; cast nylon and textolite — for structural and antifriction tasks.

USAGE

Where they are used

Rings are used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pump equipment, transformers, motors, electrical-insulation nodes, and machine building. For sealing rings it is important to specify the environment, temperature, pressure, and requirements for mating surfaces.

QUALITY CONTROL

  • outer and inner diameters;
  • height;
  • flatness and parallelism of end faces if specified;
  • grooves, chamfers, collars;
  • surface quality.
