Custom gaskets from electrical-insulation materials
We manufacture flat insulating, structural, and sealing gaskets to customer drawings, technical specifications, and samples.
The main method is CNC milling. Precision up to 0.01 mm is possible on individual dimensions after review of material, thickness, geometry, and drawing requirements.

Which gaskets we make
We make rectangular, round, and shaped gaskets with holes, slots, cut-outs, and complex contours. The minimum internal radius depends on the mill diameter, so sharp internal corners require technological agreement.
Material is selected by application: electrical insulation, chemical resistance, antifriction properties, operation at temperature, or contact with oils and emulsions.
Technical parameters
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | CNC milling |
| Tolerance | Up to 0.01 mm on selected dimensions after drawing review |
| Thickness | From 1 mm; maximum — [to be specified] |
| Maximum size | [to be specified] |
Materials
| Material | Grades | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Glass-textolite | STEF, STEF-1, STEF-U, EPGC 201/203/308 | Insulating gaskets in electrical equipment and power industry |
| Textolite | A, B, PT, PTK | Structural gaskets and load-bearing parts |
| PTFE | Ф-4, PTFE | Chemically resistant gaskets; low mechanical strength must be considered |
| Cast nylon | PA-6, PA-6-MO | Anti-friction and structural gaskets at moderate temperatures |
| Durostone | UPM 203, EPM or another confirmed grade | When increased flame retardancy is required |
Where they are used
Gaskets are used in transformers and reactors, switchgear, flange connections, rolling mills, pumps, compressors, chemical equipment, and marine electrical equipment. The specific material grade is chosen based on the operating environment, temperature, load, and electrical-insulation requirements.
