Custom washers from electrical-insulation materials
We manufacture insulating, structural, sealing, and antifriction washers to customer drawings.
Washers are made by milling or turning depending on diameter, thickness, batch, and precision requirements. Tolerance up to 0.01 mm.

Which washers we make
We make round, rectangular, and shaped washers, large-diameter washers, spacer elements, insulating gaskets under fasteners, and antifriction washers for friction nodes.
The method is chosen by geometry: bodies of revolution are more efficient to turn; shaped washers and parts with non-standard contours — to mill.
Technical parameters
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | CNC milling or turning |
| Tolerance | Up to 0.01 mm on selected dimensions after drawing review |
| Thickness | From 1 mm; maximum — [to be specified] |
| Outer diameter | From [to be specified] to [to be specified] mm |
Materials
| Material | Grades | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Glass-textolite | STEF, STEF-1, EPGC 203/308 | Insulating washers in electrical installations |
| Textolite | A, B, PT | Structural washers |
| PTFE | Ф-4, PTFE | Chemically resistant washers and gaskets |
| Cast nylon | PA-6, PA-6-MO | Anti-friction washers and spacers |
Where they are used
Washers are used in fastening nodes of electrical equipment, flange connections, piping systems, machine building, metallurgical equipment, and friction nodes.
Quality control
- outer and inner diameters;
- thickness;
- flatness if specified in the drawing;
- hole positions for shaped washers;
- edge and surface quality.
