FLANGES
Custom flanges from electrical-insulation materials
We manufacture insulating, structural, and chemically resistant flanges to customer drawings.
The machining method is chosen by shape: round flanges usually require turning; rectangular and shaped ones — milling. Tolerance up to 0.01 mm is possible on individual dimensions after review of the drawing and material.
FLANGE TYPES
Which flanges we make
We make round, rectangular, and shaped flanges with mounting holes, central bores, slots, cut-outs, and fit surfaces.

USAGE
Where they are used
Flanges are used in insulating joints, pump equipment, electric drives, piping systems, chemical equipment, and machine building.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control
- overall dimensions and shape;
- central hole and mounting dimensions;
- fastener-hole positions;
- flatness if specified;
- surface and edge quality.
