CNC milling of parts from electrical-insulation materials
We mill flat and shaped parts to customer drawings, technical specifications, and samples: gaskets, plates, strips, partitions, flanges, large-diameter washers, and parts with slots and holes.
Machining precision — up to 0.01 mm where the material, geometry, part size, and drawing requirements allow. Feasibility is confirmed after documentation review.

CNC milling suits parts with contours, holes, slots, pockets, steps, and cut-outs. The method is convenient for single parts, small batches, and runs where dimensional repeatability, precise hole placement, and clean edge finishing matter.

Materials for milling
We work with sheet electrical-insulation and structural materials: STEF, STEF-1, STEF-U, EPGC 201/203/308, textolite A, B, PT, PTK, PTFE F-4, cast nylon PA-6 and PA-6-MO, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyurethane, Durostone, Delmat.
If the grade is not specified, we select the material based on operating conditions: temperature, load, humidity, chemical environment, electrical-insulation requirements. Selection requires confirmation of the initial conditions from the customer.
Quality control
- geometric dimensions per drawing;
- hole positions and diameters;
- flatness, if specified in the documentation;
- slots, pockets, cutouts and edges;
- material grade per accompanying documents.
