TSEF cylinders
for the energy sector
Glass-textolite on an epoxy-phenolic binder in cylindrical form. Coil housings, transformer insulators, rods, support elements. Heat-resistance class F (up to 155°C).
What sets TSEF apart
A combination of high dielectric strength, heat resistance, and mechanical strength — a standard solution for insulation in power equipment.
High dielectric strength
Up to 22 kV/mm with a 3 mm wall thickness. Insulation in transformers, reactors, high-voltage surge arresters.
Heat resistance
Operating temperature up to 155°C (heat-resistance class F). Maintains strength and dielectric properties in hot equipment components.
Low water absorption
Up to 0.3% over 24 h. Maintains insulation properties under high humidity and in contact with transformer oil.
Precise geometry
Manufactured by winding on a mandrel followed by baking. Ovality up to 1%, wall-thickness variation within ±0.2 mm.

Order TSEF cylinders
We manufacture cylinders to client drawing: diameter from 30 to 1200 mm, length up to 2000 mm, wall thickness from 3 to 30 mm. For special TUs — non-standard geometries.
Each batch gets a quality certificate with a dielectric-strength test report. Lead times from 10 business days.
