Quality
control (QC)
Every batch passes 100% quality control at four stages: incoming raw material, in-process parameters on the machines, acceptance control of finished products, packaging control. Defects are recorded and don't leave production.
Four stages of control
Control runs across the whole cycle — from raw-material intake to finished-batch shipping. Intermediate results are logged and available on request.
Incoming raw-material control
We verify supplied material against GOST/TU and supporting documents. We check batch marking, packaging integrity, supplier certificates. Non-conformities are recorded and returned to the supplier.
In-process control on the machines
Geometry and temperature regimes are monitored during machining. Dimensions are measured on CNC machines after every operation; pressing and forming-equipment temperatures are controlled.
Acceptance control of finished products
Continuous batch inspection: visual examination (delamination, cracks, foreign inclusions), geometry per drawing with tolerances down to 0.01 mm, surface finish (Ra). For high-responsibility parts — testing (see /ispytaniya/).
Packaging and shipping control
Verification of marking, completeness, and packaging integrity before dispatch. Supporting documents (UPD, quality certificate, test reports) are issued together with the packing list.

What the client receives
100% control
Every product passes acceptance control. Sample inspection is used only for large-series standard items by agreement with the client.
Quality certificate
Each batch is accompanied by a quality certificate stating the material, TU, control points, measurement results, name and signature of the QC inspector.
Claim procedure
If non-conformities are detected — we register per GOST R ISO 9-13, perform an examination in 5 business days, and compensate or rework to drawing. Details at /garantii/.
