Custom liners from electrical-insulation and structural materials
We manufacture structural, antifriction, and insulating liners to customer drawings.
Our special expertise — textolite liners for rolling mill chocks to our own technical specifications.
Which liners we make
Liners work in nodes where wear resistance, stable geometry, operation in contact with emulsions or oils, and reduced damage to mating metal surfaces are important.
The machining method is chosen by shape: flat and shaped liners are milled; cylindrical and radial elements may require turning or combined machining.
Technical parameters
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Method | CNC milling, turning or combined machining |
| Tolerance | Up to 0.01 mm on selected dimensions after drawing review |
Materials
| Material | Grades | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| Textolite | PT, PTK per proprietary TU or confirmed documentation | Roll mill bushings and friction units |
| Cast nylon | PA-6, PA-6-MO | Anti-friction bushings at moderate temperature and agreed load |
| Glass-textolite | STEF, EPGC | Insulating bushings and parts for electrical equipment |
Liners for rolling mills
Please specify where possible: mill types, operating conditions, emulsion contact, service metrics, supply examples, product photos, requirements for mating surfaces and installation.
Where they are used
Liners are used in rolling mill chocks, sliding bearings, guide nodes, machine-building equipment, and electrical-insulation nodes.
Quality control
- overall and mating dimensions;
- profile and mating surfaces;
- holes, slots and radii;
- surface quality;
- material grade and conformance to documentation.
