Threaded studs and nuts from electrical-insulation materials
We manufacture threaded studs, nuts, and mating parts from glass-textolite, EPGC, and Durostone to customer drawings.
Thread, length, material, tolerance class, and manufacturing method are agreed based on the drawing. For a quote we need the diameter, pitch, threaded length, material, and quantity.

When studs and nuts are used
Insulating fasteners are used in nodes where a metal stud would create a conductive bridge, break the insulation gap, or otherwise affect the electrical equipment.
Glass-textolite, EPGC, and Durostone are selected not as a direct strength replacement for metal, but as electrical-insulation materials with defined mechanical and thermal limits. Loads and operating conditions must be considered before production.
Technical parameters
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Product types | Studs, nuts, studs with thread on one or both ends |
| Thread range | M3–M[to be specified] |
| Maximum stud length | [to be specified] mm |
Materials
| Material | When to consider |
|---|---|
| STEF per GOST 12652-74 | Baseline electro-insulating studs and nuts at moderate temperature requirements |
| EPGC 203/G10 | Where higher mechanical strength and property stability are needed compared to baseline glass-textolite |
| EPGC 308/G11 | Where both moisture resistance and increased heat resistance matter; use after conditions confirmation |
| UPGM 203 / Durostone | For units with flame-retardant and heat-resistance requirements; confirm the specific grade with the customer |
Where they are used
